Global Dwelling of High Falls, NY is looking to hire a full-time Residential Insulation Installer / Energy Retrofit Production to install home comfort solutions such as insulation, air sealing, crawlspace encapsulations, spray foam, and other energy efficiency measures. This Residential Insulation Installer / Energy Retrofit Production position earns a $15.00/hour base pay plus incentives. Weekly bonuses can be up to $500.00/week, depending on experience and jobs worked that week. We run paid training at our shop often and do field trips to our corporate office in Seymour, CT for high-level training in a really fun environment. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL INSULATION INSTALLER / ENERGY RETROFIT PRODUCTION

Basic carpenter skills and experience with basic hand tools
Ability to follow procedures for energy retrofit work in homes
Ability to perform minor field fabrication
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
Ability to work outside, in extreme temperatures, in tight spaces, and on your feet for extended periods
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Customer service skills
